Cherif Medawar

Medawar was born in Egypt to Catholic parents who were Egyptian and French. He was educated with the Jesuits Catholic School in Cairo, Egypt, with international priests emphasizing intensive discipline, high ethics and a huge success drive. He traveled to Switzerland to attend a hotel and finance school before arriving in the United States at age 19, where his father was already doing business on the West Coast with other family members. Medawar took two more years of business classes at the University of California at Los Angeles while working at the Century Plaza Hotel.

Cherif Medawar began his career much like many people: working in a large corporation, hoping to be recognized and promoted. He was a management trainee at the beautiful Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, California, when his destiny changed on an October day in 1980. A guest stopped him in the hotel lobby and offered him the opportunity of a lifetime.

Medawar left Westin Hotels to work for billionaire Edmund Baysari, who exposed him to business principles, investing methods and trading strategies known to very few around the world. In the late 1980s, Medawar left to start his own venture. He went on to create massive wealth in commercial and residential real estate and then developed a unique trading style in stock and options, leading to very profitable business models.

In the late 1990s, Medawar began teaching his successful methods and programs to help others grow personally, professionally and financially. He developed the Institute of Commercial Real Estate and contracted with outside companies to handle the marketing and day-to-day operations. In 2009, he took on the entire process of the education and investment company and rebranded them under Cherif Medawar Real Estate Investing, CMREI.

The main focus is providing high net worth investors and companies with opportunities to work with his fund.

Through his entities and his team of professional advisors, Cherif assists high-income individuals and companies with methods to take full advantage of the best US Congress Tax incentives. Cherif also provides high net worth investors with the Ultimate Asset Protection Structure.

In 2012 he created a business division called www.eFreedom.com to help both investors AND entrepreneurs understand how to scale their business and set up their own organizations with profitable business models.

Medawar now offers guidance for business plans, market research reports and even offers a platform of Angel Investors. This network of accredited investors is eager to fund both real estate and business opportunities with over $200 million dollars of capital on that platform.

 

In January 2013, Medawar was asked to partner with two of the Sharks from ABC’s hit series Shark Tank. He developed a business training company for Daymond John and Kevin Harrington separately. This year Medawar chooses to continue to share the educational stage with Kevin Harrington, as they strategize with Entrepreneurs to develop super profitable businesses in mass markets.
