In some industries, executives may need to be accessible 24 hours a day, and executive suites provide a living space combined with an office space for easier accessibility. Office suites do not usually have corporate living areas, but are mainly offices and meeting rooms. In some cases, they may just be meeting and conference rooms that are rented for conventions.

In addition to green building, companies are becoming more focused on the health and welfare of employees, and offering them additional benefits to promote a healthy lifestyle and a sense of family.

Other items to look at when investing on office commercial real estateare additional benefits that a tenant may find important to the business. Restaurants, delis and even vending machines on the location can entice tenants to sign leases.
