Real estate syndication is people pooling money in order to invest. It is basically the “strength in numbers” theory applied to real estate investment. Funds are used to either purchase property or used to contribute to the equity in an existing investment. Experts in the commercial real estate industry say that real estate syndication is one of the best ways to acquire additional property and build profit margins more quickly.
Ways to Profit
There are many different ways to profit from real estate syndication and my real estate courses teach the various methods for acquiring profits. You will learn about acquisition fees, asset management fees and equity participation, setting up your level of investment where it is comfortable for you. Because there is a pool of investors in the real estate syndication, the risk is generally lower.
Benefits
The benefits of starting a real estate syndicationcan be significant. A syndication allows a group of individuals to combine funds in order to purchase a larger investment than they would have been able to purchase separately. Real estate syndications are growing in popularity, especially among commercial real estate investors, since it reduces the risk to the investor and provides a larger pool of funding for the project.
Starting a Real Estate Syndication
Before starting a real estate syndication, it is important to understand the terms of any agreement entered into with other investors. An agreement must be drafted to define the purpose and powers of the syndicate and often they are structured as some sort of partnership or limited liability corporation. In my real estate training, I will show you how to develop an agreement that will protect you and the other investors during the project.
Real estate syndication offers the opportunity for investors to become involved in commercial real estate without requiring a significant amount of start-up investment.
My real estate training course can teach even the beginner to start a syndication or, if you prefer, shows you how to join my own real estate syndication. For more information on my real estate courses, visit CMREI.
